Additionally, hiring an Economic Development Coordinator further strengthens the organization's ability to work directly with businesses in Liberty Hill, fostering growth and development. The Coordinator will focus on business retention and expansion efforts in the area.

Yvonne Castillo, recently appointed Economic Development Coordinator for Liberty Hill, emphasizes the importance of engaging with local businesses and community stakeholders to ensure economic development strategies align with the community's needs and aspirations. She states, “As the new Economic Development Coordinator, I will create and implement a business retention and expansion program for the existing business community in Liberty Hill. This program is designed to understand the needs and challenges of local businesses to pave the way for their success. Nurturing and supporting existing businesses is a primary reason for enacting this program because these businesses are essential for our community.”
