New food truck lands at Whitestone Brewery

Lil Nicky’s Wings & Things food truck is the new permanent fixture inside Whitestone Brewery’s second location off Highway 29 in Liberty Hill.
Owner Nick Cambria is busy leading the kitchen, shuffling left and right executing made to order food to pair with freshly poured pints from the brewery.
“It’s kind of hard to find somebody that really wants to cook the food the way you want to cook the food,” said Cambria regarding his full-time commitment to being the food truck chef.
An El Paso native and Air Force veteran, Cambria started the food truck in March 2023, appearing at various breweries and events throughout Central Texas.
The inspiration to kick Lil Nicky’s off was years in the making after working in a kitchen at a bar and grill that sold wings in his hometown and using that experience to share his cooking skills with family and friends.
